Sunderland play Everton the next day so Defoe won't be there
Lampard plays for New York FC and is in the middle of their season
If they are inviting every living player there will be good, bad & indifferent players. And many will decline due to health , other commitments or because they live overseas or too far away.
Or they may not give a shit

You know that the hospitality seats are all taken up by paying fans who have season long hospitality memberships, right? They aren't going to be dislodging normal fans in the stadium. they aren't going to be dislodging season ticket holders obviously. i would imagine that lots of them will be crowded into club boxes and some may even watch the game from the hospitality suites. quite possibly many of them might not even make it to the match as they will be paraded afterwards when the club are going to be doing their farewell to the boleyn thing. Not quite sure why people get so uppity and annoyed about such things.
